Once the vehicle, product and scheme are finalized the Finance companies require the following documents from the customer to process the loan application.
Salaried Individual:
• Application Form.
• Photograph signed by the applicant.
• Proof of Bank account continuity.
• Income Proof - ITR (Income Tax Returns)/Form 16/Salary Slip.
• Identity Proof - Laminated Driving License/Voter's Identity Card/Passport/PAN Card/Photo Credit Card/Photo Ration Card.
• Address Proof - Driving License/Voter's Identity Card/Passport/PAN Card/Photo Ration Card/Utility Bills for last 3 months/Company ID.
Self-Employed Individual:
• Application Form.
• Photograph signed by the applicant.
• Income Proof - ITR for last 2 years.
• Residence Proof - Driving License/Voter's Identity Card/Passport/PAN Card/Photo Ration Card/Utility Bills for last 3 months/Company ID.
• Office address proof - Utility bill / lease deed / excise or sales tax receipt / Shops and Establishment Act Registration.
Partnership Firm:
• Application Form.
• Photograph of signing partner.
• Income Proof - Audited Account/ITR for last 2 years, CA certified financials.
• Address Proof - Utility Bill/Sales Tax receipt/Shops & Establishment Act Registration.
• Partnership deed.
• Partner's authority letter.
Private/Public Limited Companies:
• Application Form.
• Guarantor's photograph for private limited companies.
• Income Proof – Last 2 years audited financials.
• Address Proof - Utility Bill/Sales Tax receipt/Shops & Establishment Act Registration.
• Certified original copy of AOA & MOA.
